So it has been a bit since I have been here.  It has been a busy year.  Not much has changed in my life.  I am still working at the same job and enjoying it a lot.   I think working with people you like is very important.   You also need to feel good about your work and feel that you are appreciated.  

I have been doing some work on an old metal lathe lately.   I find working with my hands is very rewarding.  See something that looks like and old nothing change into something that looks really good gives me a gratifying experience.  I am not artistic and I wish I was.   I see things that others have done and I get inspired to try it too.  Then I  try to get started but nothing good comes of it.  Some of the problem is probably being colour blind.   Another issue could be I just am not that coordinated.   This could hinder my hidden artistic talents.   But mostly I think that some people are artsy and others of us just wish we were.
